Headliners, carpets, seats, door panels, dashboards, virtually anywhere in the interior. Stains are like a lock. With the right key you can get almost any stain out. If stain removal is attempted improperly, it’s like breaking the key off in the lock, the stain can be set permanently. If we are unable to remove the stain using the most advanced stain removal methods available, then we are usually able to re-color the area.
Door panels, seats, armrests, headliners, sunvisors, pillars, carpet, etc. We are one of the few technicians that use an iron technique when applicable for fabric repair. We carry over 200 fabric colors for proper color matching. We use an electrostatic gun for proper appearance. We can remove stains that detail departments can’t get out (we have many times!)
Dashboards, door panels, cargo areas (SUV’s), side panels, seat trim, center consoles, kick panels, exterior textured parts, etc. We match the type of plastic to the temperature controlled welding rod. We repair both thermoplastic and thermoset plastics.
Dashboards, door panels, seats (on leather seats the sides are usually vinyl), armrests, center consoles, etc. We use a thermostatically controlled heat gun to control the exact temperature so as not to damage the vinyl. We also have several iron techniques. We designed an iron in 1987 that is still being used in the industry today.
Dashboards, door panels, seats, armrests, center consoles, etc. We use a thermostatically controlled heat gun to control the exact temperature so as not to damage the leather. If you overheat leather it can be permanently damaged and will have to be replaced. When cleaning and prepping leather, we pay special attention to the ph balance, so as not to dry out the leather. We use a leather filler that is similar to what a tannery uses to repair flaws. The dye we use is specifically designed for leather.
