Dashboards, door panels, seats (on leather seats the sides are usually vinyl), armrests, center consoles, etc. We use a thermostatically controlled heat gun to control the exact temperature so as not to damage the vinyl. We also have several iron techniques. We designed an iron in 1987 that is still being used in the industry today.
BOAT VINYL REPAIR We do boats also! This is the dasboard of a boat. They commonly have many, many small cracks from moisture and people climbing on them. This one had about 30 repairs in one area.
PINK CHAMPAGNE XK82004 Jaguar with pearl pink custom upholstered seats. We had to re-color the rest of the interior parts to match the seats. This is a two stage process. One of the steps was custom making the pearl pink color. The customer was glad we knew how to accomplish this! This car appeared at the SEMA Show and at the LA Auto Show.

Bat Truck (GAS) Color Change
FORD FOCUS TERROR: this was a brand-new car that was customized. We had to do a color change on all these panels from black to a bright green. Notice we had to paint them white first. If we hadn't taken this extra step, the green would have never matched the rest of the custom green. We matched everything exactly. This car was presented at the SEMA show in Las Vegas and at the LA Auto Show.
